i have a bank foreclosure right by me the house was built in 2000 very nice house its around houses priced well above 200k they have it priced at 149k and the bank bought it at the sheriff sale for 114k so i was wondering if the 149k price would be negotiable or do you think they are going to be pretty firm on it? also i have someone who is willing to work out a contract to just rent or a rent to own and they are able to pay over 1000 a month rent who may be interested in this so i was wondering if this would be a good or bad idea to try and get this house then work out a deal with them figure that way they would be paying the house off for me any input would be appreciated thanks

I drove passed a house that looks empty so trying to find more information on it i wrote down the address now what? i searched to see who the last owner was and cant find any number to call

I am looking to find an experienced real estate investor to help coach or mentor me through my first couple deals whats the best way to find them? What type of things do i do to pick out the good ones from the bad ones? thanks

I am new to this and wanting to buy my first rental house, there is a foreclosed house close to me that is in a great location within walking distance to most places, similar houses rent for 750-800 a month the house i looked at is 60,000 i looked at the last time this house sold which was in 2006 for 131,300 its a 3bd 1 ba with a .35 acre lot (which is big for being right in town) i figured that i wont need to put more then 15,000 into it, So does this sound like a good deal? What other numbers do i need to look at? What type of offer would you put in on it? thanks

I am wanting to get into investing mainly in rental properties and would like to find some experienced investors in northcentral ohio who i could talk with and learn some things from, i have read plenty of things on here but still learn better by someone helping me through one or two so i fully can understand what all goes into coming up with the numbers for what to spend on houses etc

I am just starting out and would like to find some experienced real estate investors to meet thanks

I have a couple asking me if i can help them find some land atleast 50 acres that is at a good deal i have looked every way i know and any foreclosed things i have seen have just been single family homes in the city or something along those lines and not close to the acreage that they want, so my question is where should i look or what do i need to do to find these properties? thanks in advance

im new to the real esate investing and have really been looking to get some rental properties ive seen a couple that i liked but was wondering what was best. i can buy 2 or maybe 3 houses in a not so good neighborhood where i know there are alot of people looking for houses to rent but you might not get too many well qualified to choose from or buy 1 in a nice neighborhood where there are more qualified people but you lose out on an extra little income by only having the 1 house compared to the 2 or 3
