I am new to this and see everyone talking about the importance of a good team, i've done searches and found out what makes up a team now just wondering how do you figure out which ones you want to have on your team? Also is it best to only have one for example says a real estate attorney should i find one i like and only stick with them or have 2 or even maybe 3 different ones for more options? thanks

Im new on here from northern ohio looking to get started in the exciting world of real estate and hopefully getting to me fellow investors from the northern ohio area

I have been reading articles on here and most go back to saying its important to have a good team and mentor..What are some good questions to start out asking them to know if you'd want them on your team? or do you just say your situation and they will help you out with the rest?

I have been interested in investing in real estate for the last few years, but havent and im wanting to get in more then ever but i am going at this alone right now and would like any help from how to come up with some of the deals people can find? is it better to first start out flipping houses then switch to renting? i would like to eventually own rental properties for the added cash flow just want to make sure i dont end up getting in over my head.. i seen some people on here talking about attending some meetings and was wondering what those were and how i could find some near me? thanks in advance
