the first property I am flipping has a ugly tree which the city planted. it has not leaves.

does anyone has this situation and how can I replace it?

thanks Jason

anyone tried this simplisafe? how does it compare to lasershield?

Scott, is the LaserShield connect to the police station? which model you use? do we need a working land phone for this?

also i see the burglar can take the lasershield system away and disconnect the power.

thanks all, I think those are good ideas. but when we put an security alarm, the potential buyer might feel the area unsafe.
However that's an option, may I know what system and service is the best cost effective ?

Dear all,

recently in my area, a lot of properties got break in and stole all staging furniture and appliances.

do you know what is the affective way to prevent criminal break in the staged properties while them on the market?

I heard putting a SECURITY SIGNS 24 HOURS CCTV CAMERA WARNING STICKERS and a security alarm sticker on windows would help?

any good ideas?

that is a good to know.

from your experience if replaces the steel pipes to copper pipes, would that help to increase the property value or is it worth to do so? I have a crawlspace.
