street tree, how to remove them?

the first property I am flipping has a ugly tree which the city planted. it has not leaves.

does anyone has this situation and how can I replace it?

If the city planted it and it is between the sidewalk and the street, you may have to check with the city before doing anything about it. Sometimes the area between the sidewalk and the street is actually city property.
