We have been doing the YL for about 6 months now, and it has been very successful for us, the phones literally ring off the hook some days. My question is, I would like to get better quality leads. I have checked with US lead list and with black book, but can anybody tell me who else to check out?

I just bought one this week, with very weak tenants. I offered Cash for keys and they took it.

Does anyone know how I can obtain a list of people who are 60+ late on their mortgage for mailouts?

Can someone give us suggestions on how to obtain divorce and probate information in EL Paso. We are currently doing mailouts to non-owner occupied properties which has had a huge success rate. But since the commercial recorder has gone out of business in our City, we are having a hard time obtaining information for mailouts to people who have filed for divorce or properties in probate. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
