Hi, I'm by ILM I went to Cfcc it was 16 weeks long but it's more 1 on 1 with the instructor, the class was less than 1k twice a week they have day and night classes too.

Ok just let the seller know that you need more time maybe the lawyer is moving slow on the title search, maybe it's a survey issue idk but you need time. Hope that helps
