Hi! I'm Kelly I'm from Wilmington, NC area. Completely new to real estate investing and looking to network with anyone that can help me with analysis paralysis. I currently do not own any real estate but I am looking to get started investing in multi family homes. I work full time for a technology company but hope to leave my job and invest full time. 

Any advice or tips for a newbie with no experience owning any real estate is greatly appreciated.
