@Paul Smythe For rentals I would do research in Grove Park. For flips I would focus on Venetian Hills, Sylvan Hills, and around Anderson Park. There is a house now pending for over 200k in Sylvan Hills. There is a lot of activity going on so now is a time you can get a reasonable priced house before it ends up like all of the other areas.

I am just trying to get some opinions on Grove Park. I know its based off a street by street basis but could Matilda be the next Rogers in Westview in ten years? I know that Atlanta has plans to build a lot of stuff in that area. Any feedback will be appreciated.

In Atlanta I would recommend Shafritz  & Dean. I have closed several transactions with them.

@Andrew Brooks I am a licensed agent and represent investors. I actually just sold a ten door deal for 31k a door. I have also found a couple of duplexes. If this interest you PM me.

@Lane Kawaoka   Do you buy at 1% in Seattle or the Atlanta market? You can find transitional neighbors at 1.5 to 2% in the Atlanta market.

@Austin Nelson Do some research in visio lending.  They are not a traditional bank so the interest rates are more but they can do stuff that traditional banks can not do.
