We all need a reason. I'm a Real Estate investor because of legacy/charity/travel. I will leave a legacy for my children/grands, I will give away 90% of my income and live abundantly on 10%, and I will travel wherever and whenever I want.

I have considered paying $85 per month for mortgage insurance which would pay off my mortgage for my posterity. It has also occurred to my I can take the same $85 and simply pay the principal down each month. Thoughts?

What is "success"? It is making a lot of posts on BP? Maybe obtaining a REA license? How about the FIRST DEAL? Success is whatever YOU define it as. Has anyone noticed not every person who has landed their "first deal" is a BP Pro or Premium member? My definition of success may be different than yours. Focus on YOUR goals!

I suppose the bottom line in renting to family is whether or not I trust them. If a family member owes me money now and keeps on coming up with a reason why they can't pay, what makes me think they will pay rent on time? OPINIONS PLEASE!

We all FEEL fear. Jesus himself felt it. He controlled it rather than allowing it to control Him. I'm feeling  EXCITED AND FEARFUL. "What if"? But the truth is WHAT IF I DON'T MAKE AN OFFER?! lol That's the real issue. I will make an offer THIS YEAR! :)
