What a year! lol. Filled with ups and downs. I've heard Robert Kiyosaki and many other MLM leaders say a person must have a bigger reason than merely "making money" to succeed. As I look for my first cash flowing deal I realize life is about more than just me, although it's definitely about ME. I have a strong desire to help other people not live an ordinary life. I also want to pass a legacy of charity, love and independence. 

My future SIL is a cop. lol. He puts on his pants the same way I do. What is $770 worth to you? If you have proof don't be intimidated. If you're gonna stress or lose sleep, maybe losing $770 isn't worth fighting over. :)

@MacKenzie Dunn I'm just starting as well. I think I'd rather have a full time REA or Broker assist me with MLS. I don't think the trade off of time/money is worth the investment for me. But if you do get your REL I wonder if an REA can see MLS in other states? lol

Are home inspections only suppose to cover the primary building that is your house? Do they cover detached buildings, pools, fences etc?

Credit cards are an "investment"? EMPHATICALLY, YES! This literally just occurred to me in the shower. I pay off all my balances each month. I earn up to 5% cash back on my credit cards. THIS IS A STREAM OF INCOME. I'm going to buy things each month. Why not get FREE MONEY! :)
