Yep, over here by Disney World... Most guest go to the parks and come back in the afternoon to swim because it just too hot during the summer time.

Sure I have 5 single family homes in Kissimmee

I'm in the kissimmee market, most resort won't allow it.  But there's a few that does allow it, just gotta do a lot of leg work to find out which does.  Hope that helps.
