Agree that amount looks very small another option, not sure what your goal is, but if you are looking to purchase some down the road, change up your strategy and maybe do a personal line of credit for now.

I still love Kissimmee Florida right next to Disney World and Universal Studios.  They just keep expanding those park with better rides.  Can't go wrong.

I would stick with sending them a vrbo or airbnb link..

I invest in the Kissimmee area, #1 rule of buying real estate is location.  So you know how that goes,  closer to the parks the better.  ;)

Just hire a property manager and they will be your emergency contact.  You don't want to get caught looking for one last minute for a eviction or some type of issue.
