Hello All,

I an looking at the possibility of investing in Oklahoma City in SFH under $230k. Which neighborhoods should I be looking at? I will probably live there for the first few months and then rent it out. Hopefully the property cash flows after all the expenses. Please advice. Ready to connect and drive in there to check out the neighborhoos on a weekend. I am in Austin now, so just a 5 hour drive.

Thanks

Chai

Hello,

I am looking at different markets for new construction SFH 3/2 under under 300k. Nashville is somewhere I lived before so familiar with the area. I would like to know more about builders and info on New Constructions. I can wait for few months if there is a wait. But ideally like to move between April and September

Thanks

Chai

Hello All,

I will be in San Antonio next weekend. I was looking at the prospects of investing in $200k to $250k range SFH, 3/2 properties for some cash flow and appreciation. I have couple of questions.

What kind of rents we get for $200 to $250k homes?

What zip codes to look at?

How are the property taxes like?

Any new construction homes for that price range?
