San Antonio Investment Properties

Hello All,

I will be in San Antonio next weekend. I was looking at the prospects of investing in $200k to $250k range SFH, 3/2 properties for some cash flow and appreciation. I have couple of questions.

What kind of rents we get for $200 to $250k homes?

What zip codes to look at?

How are the property taxes like?

Any new construction homes for that price range?

Chai
