Hello guys, 

I plan to start investing in real estate for the next 10 years. I like to retire from my 9 to 5 job in next 10 years and just live on the rents from my investments. 

I am not sure where to start from. I don't even know what questions to ask. Please help me out guys.

Hi,

I am new to investing. I live in Austin. I like to invest in rental properties. I like to invest in 2 properties each around $125k

1. Which areas are the best for rental properties and appreciation in Dallas/DFW areas?.

2. Which are the best for investments for rentals? SFH or Condos or Apts etc?

Please advice. I am new to this investment things
