I've done a few deals in the FDL area. As for Reia groups, I am not aware of any in the FDL area. I know @Frank Eimiller talked of starting one a year or so ago. Unsure what ever happened with it. 

Why not just rent when you wanna vacation. Most of the coastal investments in Florida will struggle to be cashflow neutral even with large down payments.

Appliance cost are regional as to what buyers expect. My flips in wisco I could spend 1k on range, frig. 

Florida buyers like big frigs and stainless. Usually 2500 here.

Thank you. I wasnt aware of the nationwide site. I have had a pm in a different pool of properties in a different state. So I know what to look for. 

I ended up using traveling mailbox. Service works great. Have been using them for 2 years or so.
