@Brian Warren @Min Liang PenFed like suggested. I have one through them as well. If you are not former military etc you can make a donation to a charity to join. I think it was like $20 or something. They go 80% loan to value on investment properties but IT IS based on your DTI, credit etc like a traditional mortgage.
