Thank you! @Dre Dumas

That's a huge help. I've also found an attorney in Bham that does closings if you don't already have one for that area.

My email is c_gray9592@yahoo if you could send the contracts he approved that way?

Thanks again.

Thank you @Jay Hinrichs I'm still learning what is required for these transactions to go as smoothly as possible, while being legal. I'll look into the points you mentioned. Thanks again.

@Dre Dumas

I'm still in the process of finding an attorney to use. I called and emailed twenty closing attorneys Friday. I sent them an attachment of my contacts to see if they were familiar with wholesaling.

If you know of an attorney to use, I'd be happy to co wholesale with you. Always looking to work with fellow wholesalers.

I live in Montgomery AL, and I'm struggling to find a closing attorney or title company familiar with wholesaling locally.

If I find a company or attorney out of state, or even just a couple hours away, how would I go about closing the deal that far away? What are my options?

Thanks.

It seems a line of credit is the best way to get started with little money.

Can anyone recommend who I can use besides my local bank to acquire the LOC?

Thanks @Matt Motil. Is there any way to access that free online?

How do I cross reference a vacant property address to get the absentee owners information to contact them?

Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback @Kody Broussard and @Matt McCourry

I'm continuing to read investing books and listening to BP podcasts with any free time I get.  I'm very passionate about learning the ins and outs to this, but I know it won't be overnight.
