Great Response Bill! I started out in the business of Real Estate listening to Gurus like this and in the end wound up disappointed, frustrated, hopeless, and MAD! I wanted to ask all of these questions but was too late when a person already spends the money on the lesson or program! Newbies do your Due Diligence before investing in your education for your Real Estate Endeavors. It is not a "Get Rich Quick Scheme" and certainly not as easy as they make it seem!!!!! Take advantage of resources such as this website that offers a wealth of information for free and not to mention the Networking opportunities!
