Post: First Motivated Seller Call! Now what to do?

So tonight after advertising for over a week I received my FIRST motivated seller phone call! So as you would guess I'm extremely excited. The only problem is I froze and didn't know what to ask lol. So I took her name, phone and property address and said that I would call her tomorrow. I feel I should call her back and ask more questions before I set an appt to see her, but what to ask? Also what is the best way to find comps? Any advice for a newbie helps. Thanks

This is very interesting seeing that I'm a newbie, I don't think it is as imperative to have in the wholesaling side of the business, but I can definitely see that it is something that I may want to get down the road. Great post!

My name is Marlon Wilson,
I'm a fairly new wholesaler that comes across plenty of properties, I have a descent buyers list, but would rather deal with a smaller amount of buyers who pay cash. How can I screen or find buyers looking for great deals? Thanks
