Just curious if there is any good or bad to have it one way or the other? Currently I have it in my name but wasn't sure if it would benefit any tax purposes by switching it with my rental properties or would you want to keep it separate? Thanks

Have a house that is currently rented that just came available near me details are rented for $700 a month which is on the lower price for the area, they are asking 50k and according to the auditor site it's valued close to 70k just for details I'm wondering what would be a good deal to go for and what would be good terms if I could get them to do owner financing? Thanks for any input

I found a local real estate investing and landlord group that has a meeting in two weeks that I would like to attend my question is what should I expect from these? What's the best way to start your networking what questions do you need to ask? Thanks in advance?

Also I'm interested in sfh if that helps

Im new to investing and looking for others to network with and hoping to get pointers and possibly help one another on deals in the future I'm in North Central ohio
