I know someone that is looking at a house tomorrow and if they like it plan on getting a personal loan to pay for the balance probably 10-15k so I was just curious if anyone did this before? I thought about trying it as well to pay for a cheaper house just not sure if its not as easy as it seems

there are a few houses in the areas I'm most familiar with that are under the 50k price, and I was wondering what are some ways to purchase these? I have great credit and around 12-15k so I have no problem getting pre-approved, but no bank wants to go under 60k and i dont have enough equity in my current home to go that route thanks for any information

I'm sure this topic has been gone over a lot but I couldn't find any, so how did some of you or how would you get into buying properties with not having a lot saved up? I have been pre-approved for 70k loan with covering the 20% down payment from relatives just not sure what the best way to get the first property bought, the other option I thought of was trying to get a small personal loan to buy a cheaper rental house ( around  15k) and start from that but not sure if that would work or be a bad idea any help would be appreciated

What would something this size typically cost? Its a 2 story house main problems is on the main floor but sure some has made it upstairs

do you try to just pay cash for the renting properties or still finance them as well as needed? I also assumed if i was renting a house would be better to pay cash so thats stopped me from purchasing rentals I'm sure I'm wrong with that

I am looking to get started with investing i have already been pre-approved for a 70k loan with a 20% down payment, so my question is would it be better to start with buying and flipping to build up cash for reinvestment, or buy and hold? I have owned one property that I sold as owner financing that lasted 3 years so I have little experience thanks for any information I'm in northern Ohio if any local investors read this

I am looking at purchasing a modular home, but has two repairs that it needs first has some soft spots in the floor would it be easier to put new flooring on top or just cut out the soft spots and replace them? Second question is in the kitchen it has a small pipe coming out of the floor that has a small leak but not sure what that pipe is, any ideas?

I got a chance to look under the house, and i seen the supports looked fine except the one right under the low spot was leaning some so would by putting a new support in place straight the flooring up?
