We are beyond excited to announce that this month Steve Barnett with Elite Pensions will be teaching us all about setting up, borrowing, and lending out of Self-Directed IRAs. Join us on the third Wednesday of every month for an informal meet up to discuss real estate with like-minded individuals in the Lake Norman area! This meeting is for wholesaler's, rehabber's, buy/hold, property management, commercial, residential, realtors, contractors, and lenders - newbies to advanced. Bring your business cards and come and network with us! The speaker for this month will be announced soon.

Although the meeting starts at 6:30, please feel free to come even if you are going to be late (we know how traffic and life can get in the way!). Going forward, we will probably aim to keep the meetings to an hour and if you want to stay after to network you are more than welcome!

Hey everyone! We are about to start renting out one of our properties and already have a tenant lined up so we were just going to do it ourselves for the first one or two properties. What software would you guys recommend that is a full-circle property management program including applications, background checks, payments, maintenance, etc. I noticed BiggerPockets has Pro perks for RentRedi and TurboTenant and was curious if anyone had used those or has one they recommend?

Mike has been in the insurance business since 1993, handling various types of Contracting risks. In 2010, he turned his focus specifically towards the Home Building area of insurance. In early 2017, he was introduced and became great friends with one of our local investors and developed a special program for RE Investors and their insurance needs. Today he handles roughly 135 home builder accounts in 34 states, and 125 RE Investor accounts in 32 states. He has access to exclusive carriers that are not available to other agents/brokers, so he is able to really tailor to your needs. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have!
