So what are some good strategies that can be use when someone is working on a project & they run out of money to finish?

Like let’s say you purchased the property for fifty thousand cash

But you need another fifty for repairs for a property that has a one hundred and fifty thousand after repair cost

This would be a buy & hold , & wouldn’t be looking to partner with someone on the ownership, just want ways to be able to fund the repair

( This is not my current situation, but this is something I would like to learn different strategies that many of you may have done in the past )

Thanks in Advance

since becoming a real estate investor, what's the longest it took you to find a deal? what do you normally do when it gets hard finding deals in your preferred market, do you start looking into new markets, out of state markets, do you just give up and go watch dancing with the stars? lol

@Shanel Wiggins

Do you have a certain card you recommend for this ? I want to get a card to use for my repairs so I don’t have to use my cash & once I can refinance I will pay it back

@Joseph Dunphy

Thanks will do! I found 2 priorities I’m going to pull the trigger on, so I’ll probably possible need PM , contractor , handyman, if they go through. I’m trying to vet some realtors now , but if you have one of those you highly recommend that is good at negotiating you can pass them along also to my PM , ( I assume bp doesn’t allow numbers in the forum)
