What are some Strategies for when you run out of money ?

So what are some good strategies that can be use when someone is working on a project & they run out of money to finish?

Like let’s say you purchased the property for fifty thousand cash

But you need another fifty for repairs for a property that has a one hundred and fifty thousand after repair cost

This would be a buy & hold , & wouldn’t be looking to partner with someone on the ownership, just want ways to be able to fund the repair

( This is not my current situation, but this is something I would like to learn different strategies that many of you may have done in the past )

Thanks in Advance
