@Brandon Turner

Sorry to hear about this bro! Hopefully this wont happy to me anytime soon but im sure its inevitable. Just part of the game of owning rental properties.   Is there anything you could have done to prevent this?

Oh and it was great to finally meet you at FinCon!

 Trust me, it takes an extraordinary amount of patience which I would imagine most people do not have.   I tend to have a super lax attitude toward people because of the traveling I have done believe it or not.

I have been to 23 different countries and have seen and met so many different types of people I kind of just soak them in now no matter how they come, how they are or what they say.   No thoughts or judgement at all.   Its actually a great way to live!!

But every once in awhile there's something that will get to me so I don't blame you one bit Jeb!

I get those all the time.  People are just going to be people.  Thats the way I see it.  Ungrateful little...  haha, j/k.

At the end of the day for me, its all about knowing that I helped someone even though they may not think so or even know that I did.

Trust me there are providers out there with better returns.  You just need to keep looking.   Feel free to PM me if you want my recommendations on who I have used.

 Funny I got one of your yellow letters the other day about buying one of my houses in indy.  Or no actually you were wanting to sell me a house next to one of my rentals in indy.

@John Powell

Hey John,

Ive successfully purchased turnkeys before and am looking to get my 4th one right now actually.  I will be buying this one in KC and I have spoken to a handful of KC providers.   Feel free to PM me and I will let you know my experiences there so far.

I bought my first turnkey almost 2 years ago.  Im about to buy my 4th now and I still get giddy about it.   I will be in the "honeymoon" stage until I build enough passive income to quit my day job!   Going to be a great day!
