I am a newbie and have been looking into MH's and would like to own a park someday. I had several questions that popped up in my mind after reading your post, and I give all the credit from the MH podcasts I have listened to on BP. Have you listened to any of them? I listen to them on YouTube because I know how to navigate and save them. I type "bigger pockets mobile home" and find them easy. If you haven't heard them, pull them up and listen while you are driving. But I digressed.. my thoughts were: 1. How can I make more money? And how much would that cost to justify raising rents? 2. How and at what cost will it be to change paying system, if I wanted to, and could the tenants drive? Have internet access? 3. Is there an HOA? 4. What is the income potential and is there growth or fixed income with the 11 owners? 5. Is there room to expand? 6. What's my exit strategy? You may have thought and done all of these, but perhaps there are others that are new like me and want answers too!

Jefferson Lilly interesting numbers for the ages of single wides. Is there a formula or $numbers for double wide? Would NADA work for doublewide? Thanks!

Bill Neves I have been searching and asking HOW to get the paperwork to rent to own MH and this is the first post that has more detail. I've passed on 2 good local deals I found because I need this information. Does an attorney draw this up? I've seen something about RMLO? I'm in Texas. Just a direction to head toward is all I'm seeking. And what is REIA? is it real estate investment associate? Thank you
Jackie Lange have you been a podcast member? I think you would be a good guest!

I think with the growth rate, hospitals, and colleges around both areas, there will be continued growth.
Greg H. Thank you.
Chad Clement thank you
