Thanks for the notice,lol. Maybe the point of each doing so much rehashing is to help get past the internal sabotager that each or us has.

I just finished the renowned "The E-Myth Revisited ", in on Audible.I  found the advice great, but I had to listen to it at almost x1.5 speed. This is the first book that I have to speed up so I didn't fall asleep while driving. Just a fair warning, lol.

Hello and welcome to Bigger Pockets  Adam. I  am also new to investing in real estate. I live a little north of Tampa, Spring Hill in Hernando County to be exact.
