Hello Folks, First of all I want to thank the community & BP to bring together so many great resources for light-weight investors like myself. I have been going through BP forums, blogs and podcasts and there is so much rich content. I live in Seattle and own a few SFRs in Seattle and Austin. So I can say that I am not a total noob to but there is so much more to learn from you all. My strategy has deliberately been very narrow to only invest in rentals as I have a full time job that I love. My 10 year goal is to build passive income source to be financially independent. The approach that has best worked for me is focusing on relatively newer (5 year or less) properties via regular MLS listings in A neighborhoods. Off late I have been looking to expand in FL Hillsborough county/Westchase (Tampa area) seems to fit the profile of neighborhoods that align my strategy. Love to hear more from you all. Would welcome any introductions to RE agents who are also investors in FL. Thanks Chetan P.
