New to Investing- Your Help/Advice Is Desired!

Hello all. I am new to investing and have been snooping around/learning for a long time now. I am very much in the "analysis paralysis" stage and I need to get out of it. I would like to invest in the Tampa, FL area and initially I was looking at SFRs and some small multi-family deals. The market has increased so much it is making it harder and harder to find deals in SFR and small MFRs (of course they are there just I am a distance investor and it is a bit harder to work the angles I need right now). That being said, I wanted to expand my view to larger MFRs of up to about 15 units. I would like some advice on some extra things to think about when it comes to larger MFRs. I have done some research and seen things like Matthew Owens' Top 5 Due Diligence Items (which was great by the way) and read various posts in this section but any other direct recommendations of things to read and think about would be awesome!

Additionally, if anyone is looking for a financial partner who has a very steady and increasing income I would love to help out! I do not have a lot of experience but I have the cash on hand and ability to get some more through financing deals.

All that being said, let me tell you a little about myself. My wife and I are both active military with decent incomes. We have about ~$150k to invest into a property with that amount increasing every month considering we save about $6k/month. We both have ~800 credit scores with ZERO debt and less than $1k required monthly expenses (this will increase when we move in a couple years but our income will also go up when we move). We have been wanting to jump into real estate for a long time and I just need to get in there and do it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am currently living in Japan but just got to the D.C./NOVA area for a couple months so if anyone would like to meet up I would like to take you out for coffee/dinner and discuss some stuff. Thank you all in advance!
