Are yellow letters used only if you are a company or a group of people who invests in RE? I was just on listsource.com and I was about to buy my first list when I was ask what is title of my company. I'm just one person out to invest. Anyone would be helpful

Is the MLS good for finding property to buy & hold? My primary profit to earn out of REI is cash flow. Also, how do you get an agent to let you see a property on the MLS in the first place? I should have put that sentence first. Your help would be appreciated.

I just now start to consider using yellow letters, and by the samples I've seen so far online on YLters that read " I would like to $BUY$ your house", does this mean that an investor usually needs cash ready to purchase the property from that seller? Also, can someone use white paper too for their mailing list?

Do yellow letters work too if someone plans to buy and hold a property. Totally new to this info. Your help will be useful.
