Is the MLS good if your looking for deals to B&H? Anyone?? Also doesn't someone usually need cash or approval for a loan, in order to at least check a property out on the MLS? Many thanks

The primary profit that I want to earn out of real estate investing is cash flow. I want to start out small, with 2 br 2 bath or 3 br 2 bath. Are those ok to begin with?
