Hi,

Welcome to BP, great place to network and find a lot of information that "Gurus" charge a ton of money for.

I live in Summerville SC and I flip 1 house about every 2 months. I also own a small MF building in the North Charleston (8 units) 

I love to network with like minded folks and I also help other investors in the area purchase and sell homes. I'm a realtor for investors.

I'm a realtor/investor in Charleston SC market and yes deals are getting very tough to find. But on the flip side of you do find a deal at a good price, you won't have any problems selling it.

My last 2 flips have sold in under 20 days. And we are working on one right now that we have an offer on already.

hi Melissa,

I live in Summerville, SC and own 20 units and 2 SF in the area. There are no rules regarding utility charge backs as far as I know.

When I bough the 20 units I did the same thing, I charged back $35 for the 2 bed and $45 for the $3 bed.

We also did a significant rent increase from $550 to $779 for 2bed and from $600 to $859 for 3 bed. 

If you need anything in the Charleston Metro area, I'm more than glad to assist.

 Great to connect! At this time that area while amazing for our values is too high and doesn't make sense so we are not buying unless someone brings us a greta deal. Our houses we paid for 90k for our selling at 145 :(.

Still I would love to connect together. I am coming down there this spring. Let me know if you want to do coffee or a meal!
