Charleston, SC - New to the site

Hey everyone, my name is Mike, and I just joined the site.

I'm currently living in Stuttgart, Germany, but I'll be moving to Charleston, SC this summer, where I have my primary residence and 2 cashflowing SFHs.

I'm hoping to expand the operation and get in on some multifamily spots, and learn about flips.

Was looking over the Flipping book - looks excellent. I'm going to pull the trigger and buy it. Easy decision.

This website is excellent. The Ultimate Guide is full of so much great information - FOR FREE - things I spent years and countless mistakes learning.

Where can I get some info on HUD homes? It won't be owner occupied for sure, but I'd definitely like to look into it and other possibilities.
