Hi Nick, 

My two cents worth. From a professional perspective, you are aware that with the home purchase you are inheriting a car parked inside of the garage. You mentioned that you may be interested in it if it was obtained at a reasonable cost. 

Suggestion contact the bank (lien holder) and let them know that you are willing to pay (amount). Let them know that you are the new home owner. If you are turned down then notify them via registered mail that upon receipt of the correspondence they have ten days to remove the car or it will be towed at their expense. 

If no action is taken on the lien holders behalf call a local tow service and have the car towed. You may also follow the Florida State Statute on abandoned property and opt to post a bond with proper notices and through the courts obtain title to the car. This costly and may not be worth your time. 

As for pushing the car into the streets, I advise you to be ethical and considerate of your actions. Would you want your neighbor to dump their garbage on your lawn? Law enforcement and or code enforcement have enough to do without you having to add another problem on their plate. Inside of your property they have no jurisdiction, outside they do. Deal with your problem responsibly.

FYI- A hoarder house is very different than any others. Depending on the lapse in time that it has not been cared for then you might want to calculate the rehab on it. For every ten years of neglect calculate a full gut. Likewise depending on jurisdiction pizza boxes contain bio waste and some areas that is garbage not recyclable material. The wax boxes are not recyclable either. Glass is something that can be recycled. Consider the lawn and over grown trees if any. Best wishes.
