The duplex rents for $1245/month, 3 bedroom upper, 2 bedroom lower. 1/2 the roof and all of the gutters were replaced last summer. That house is located at 26th and Hopkins. The SFR at 8th and Meinecke currently rents for $850/month. It is a 4 bedroom house with newer vinyl windows and siding. It sits on a huge double corner lot.

I am willing to listen to offers for one or the other and would be open to partial owner financing.
