Wow. What a great decision to make. If their is cashflow after renting it out, I would rent! Not too sure on the STR since their is a low of issues in Anaheim, as you know. You can always pull out some equity and place it into another cashflowing asset!

Recent Upgrades:
New Siding, gutters, soffit, and exterior windows/frames.
Left unit completely renovated with counters and bathroom less than 6 months.
New Carpet on right unit and had roof patches/repair recently.
Currently leased.

Carmel is going through lots of development! This is just a blip on the market.
