@Akash Sky

Hello Akash, I believe their will always be competition for properties. Their are a lot of cash buyers out there. Having said that, build rapport with your broker or wholesaler to have dibs on a property first.

hello @Akash Sky. Multi-Family is great! Unfortunately, it has gotten very difficult to find cashflowing buildings in South CA. I am sure they are out there, but competition is very tough and many investors are paying cash for these things. I help and show people how to use some of their savings to create streams of income by purchasing cashflowing assets. All of my units are in the east coast. Would be happy to chat some more! Talk soon

Hello BP family,

We have a great buy and hold investment opportunity in the Forest Manor Park Neighborhood of Indianapolis. This is a duplex with 2bed/1bath on each side. The house is in decent shape inside and outside, just needs Some TLC.

The property is currently vacant and is available for renovating right away. The rents in the area are $620 average for 2 bedrooms. For a quick over view please click HERE.

You can also look at the financial analysis

Assignment Fee: $3,000

If you are interested and would like to move forward with this purchase, please react out to me at 657-205-9583.

Hello @Blake McCoach, Welcome to BP! What a great website to be a part of. I help and show people how to use some of their savings to create streams of income through multi-family cashflowing assets.
All of my units are in Indiana. It seems to be harder than most markets in South CA to find cashflow deals. If you are looking for cashflow, other east coast markets like Memphis, Cleveland, Indianapolis and others will do jus that. On a side note, get a great property management company! Would be more than happy to connect. Talk soon!
