LOL this thread is defiantly a waist of everyone's time. I had to tell my team and family about this type of bs. So, they all advised me to simply laugh and move on. Deleting this crap will be the easiest thing I've done all week. Have a great life to all who took time out of your life to comment on something you have nothing to do with. lol Humans man I tell ya! Has BP ever helped me with anything? NO, soooo The said property is U/C and it makes zero difference to you or anyone here whom I've never met, talked to or even heard of until now, which still means zero. I don't have to defend crap! I'm over it, it's distasteful to start unnecessary drama on a forum when you never done business with the person?!! If you're going to fudge a screenshot, there's no telling what else you'll lie about. Anyhow, this is kinda funny, sad and yet extremely necessary.

Painting me out to be the bad guy here was a big mistake pal. 

I simply asked him where'd he get his comps, maybe we're looking at the wrong addresses. His reply blew me through the roof because I will not be disrespected! I've been nothing but professional and respectful to a total stranger who I know from nowhere. The ONLY reason why we are "here" is because I do deals in multiple states and I came to BP for a true cash buyers in a state that I've never done a deal In. Once we went U/C the following day, I never reached out to anyone to notify them the property is U/C??!! Come on, and out of nowhere I get hammered by some guy I forgot all about. Now I'm here exposing this false flake and will continue on my way....

@Matthew I just got an opportunity to buy a 4/bed 3/bath 2,830 sqft home on Bascomb Dr that I am considering purchasing for a quick flip. Just wanted to know if Woodstock will sell fast or not before I jump out there 

I've been researching the Woodstock area and have found that the inventory is plentiful there. Has anyone invested in this area and had any good luck? Please share. 

I've found that when my team and I work like we have 9 to 5's we get way more done in such a short time. Time management is one of my core beliefs that has changed the landscape of how many deals get done. 

The Atlanta market is still on fire with soooo many untapped pockets right downtown it's crazy. I know how sketchy it is in certain areas, yet most investors choose to stick in the areas they are familiar with. I like to step out of my comfort zone and explore new areas and analyze for potential then stick first.  

The areas where we are finding great deals are 30032, 30310, 30316,30318 and a little Cobb county and Sandy Springs. Lot's of inventory all the time because we actually work like we have jobs lol. Once we capitalize to the point where we don't have to work so hard, I'll most likely still wanna work! lol I love what I do and deeply enjoy the hunt for new inventory. 

To anyone who fix and flips/ buy and holds in Atlanta, tell me the best ways that you find deals and what area do you really want to be in??

Just got a hot property in 30032 any body interested?

@Nick. Makes sense all around. When I market for sellers,  I am seeing high asking prices and almost always have to struggle to get them down to earth.  As for the land, I still am finding great deals all over.  Most of the great deals come from absentee owners , probate and older owners.
