Flipping Houses in Woodstock GA...Good or Bad???

I've been researching the Woodstock area and have found that the inventory is plentiful there. Has anyone invested in this area and had any good luck? Please share.

I’ve did 2 flips in Woodstock,GA in 2017 the 1st one went under contract in a few days (April)the second one took around 45 days (Nov)

I am no longer investing in Woodstock, the demand has seemed to slow down
