I wholesale the majority of the deals I get. Let me know if I can assist you in finding good deals for your investments. I currently have 5 new deals in Metro Atlanta from East Atlanta to the South Side.  

I've heard this from many realtors and wholesalers in Atlanta, that the shortage on inventory is real. They are saying that investors are having a hard time finding true deals and that even most wholesalers are pricing properties to high. Lenders are not lending based on the numbers and that the market is at it's peek. Now, I'm no guru whatsoever and don't know everything regarding my own market, but what's all this talk about?? 

I'm still getting deals that make sense and seeing lots of other deals out there that are ok. Numbers are getting tight I admit, but shortage? No, I don't see that. How about you guys????

Lot's of great info here. I myself have many great deals throughout the Atlanta Metro on a consistent basis and cherry pick what I want to keep or assign. Let's connect guys and gals if you are having trouble finding true deals.

Iv'e been coming across multiple investment opportunities in the St. Louis area for dirt cheap it seems. However, do you think the bad areas will get better in time? I know there are a lot of plans to clean up, but for those that invest there, do you see is happening soon?
