I went to sign up and it says that the cost is $249.00 but this post says $149.00... what gives?

@AJ H.

Okay, thank you. I wasn’t sure if the “reason” for backing out had to be directly related to the results of an inspection. Or if there was some sort of list of appropriate things that would justify your reason to back out. So, basically you can literally just change your mind and it would be covered in an “inspection” contingency?

Hi

This is all hypothetical... I'm just curious to know how this aspect of closing on a house works.

If I write in a 10 day inspection contingency in my contract does this give me the ability to back out of the contract for any reason?

For example, lets say I'm wholesaling a house. I have a contract with a seller but can't find a cash buyer (and I can't purchase the house myself) can I back out of the contract on day 9 to save my earnest money?

@Amanda Gisonni @Anthony Caruso

Thanks guys. I appreciate the input. To be honest, I live in an apartment building so I just used my building address without my unit number. Lol. I figured if they really wanted to know where I am they can also skip trace me… 😂

I went driving for dollars yesterday and made a list of 40 distressed properties. I've skip traced each one of them to obtain the property owner information.

Today, I went to target and bought blank notecards with matching envelopes (I know that the traditional way to mail is on postcards) and have hand written my message inside.

Do I put my address as the sender's address on the envelope?
