My First Direct Mail Marketing Campaign

I went driving for dollars yesterday and made a list of 40 distressed properties. I've skip traced each one of them to obtain the property owner information.

Today, I went to target and bought blank notecards with matching envelopes (I know that the traditional way to mail is on postcards) and have hand written my message inside.

Do I put my address as the sender's address on the envelope?

I always have when I send out direct mail.  To me it looks like it is coming from a real person and you would have a better chance of having them open it.
