@Brandon Combs yeah absolutely. We actually just sold two properties up in Ashland City in the last month, so it is growing for sure. Springfield, Ashland City and Pleasant View are all areas that we are seeing more activity and interest in, so it is definitely an area to look into! I'd love to connect and share any properties we get up in those areas.

It's awesome you are getting started in Chattanooga! It is a great place to start investing, whether that is fix and flips or buy and holds. I work for an investment brokerage up in Nashville, and we do meet ups once a quarter. I know there are plenty of meet ups down in Chattanooga as well though! If I were you, I would join a handful of investor facebook groups because they oftentimes post information about meet ups in your area. There is also Chattanooga REIA (http://chattanoogareia.com/meetings/)- they have a meet up at least once a month. I'd love to connect as well and tell you a little bit about what we do! Good luck in getting started- it's a great business to get into.

@Haley Day Congrats on getting started in your investment journey! Nashville is a great city to invest in, and it just keeps growing and all of the surrounding towns continue to grow as well. Clarksville, Columbia, Murfreesboro and even Chattanooga are great towns to do flips in or buy rentals. Talking to other people who have flipped houses helps a lot! REIN is a great group to be a part of. My company also has a quarterly meet up I'd love to see you at. I work with several investors, so I'm happy to connect with you and tell you about my experience! 

Our company uses Concord Title, and they are awesome! Very on top of their files and can close quickly.

Hi Arie! I would agree with the other posters. Chattanooga is a growing city and desirable place to live and rent. It is also not too far from Atlanta, a huge airport hub. I have several investor clients who are investing in Chattanooga and have had a lot of success! Manchester is also a great town, and if the numbers work then the numbers work. That has just been my experience! Good luck!

Welcome to investing in Nashville! It's an awesome market to get into with a lot of the neighbors outside of it growing as well. Clarksville, Columbia, Murfreesboro and Chattanooga (a little further away) are growing like crazy and continue to be good markets to invest in.
