Multifamily investing Nashville, TN

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share some exciting news my partner and I have done some thorough research on US markets, and we've settled on investing in Nashville, TN. We're really interested in neighbourhoods like Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Smyrna, Mount Juliet, Gallatin, and Spring Hill. If any of you have experience with these places, I'd be super happy to connect. Drop me a message if you've got any insights I'm really looking forward to chatting with you!

Cheers

Nice - I believe Nashville will continue to be a strong marekt.  I wouldn't call "Murfreesboro" a Nashville neighborhood though...be careful on your research
