I am in the process of putting together my purchase and sale agreement and was wondering if anyone in VA would be willing to share a sample of theirs. I will only be wholesaling for now so I need a purchase and sale agreement with an assignment clause. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was told by someone that I need to set up an LLC or S Corp to wholesale real estate. Im not too sure if that is necessary though as I will never actually have ownership of the house. Any info on the topic would be much appreciated!

Really appreciate that Nathan Mayhew. I will definitely be reaching out. Thanks for the feedback boss. To more success!

Hey all I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for any Title agency in Richmond VA that are already familiar with the wholesale process. Also any good contracrors or agents to pull comps would be awesome! Thanks in advance and happy hunting out there!

If you had to pick your number one source for acquiring contracts what would it be?

Hey all looking for some advice. When it comes down to finding a seller and explaining what I do and the process as a wholesaler, what are some key phrases to use to inform them and gain their confidence as I am not a licensed sales person?  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hey y'all I'm Cam and I'm trying to become a wholesale guru! lol. I have lived in the Richmond area for about 5 years now and i see great potential here. I have read books and watched videos and now I am ready to begin going out in the field and getting my hands dirty. I plan on attending some REI meetings in my area and taking advantage of all the great podcasts available on BP. I really would love to connect with anyone who is all about wholesaling and wouldn't mind sharing some knowledge with the old guy. I'm a down to earth young man looking to make a life for myself through real estate. It is my passion and I will succeed for that reason alone. Much success everyone!
