Hey y'all I'm Cam and I'm trying to become a wholesale guru! lol. I have lived in the Richmond area for about 5 years now and i see great potential here. I have read books and watched videos and now I am ready to begin going out in the field and getting my hands dirty. I plan on attending some REI meetings in my area and taking advantage of all the great podcasts available on BP. I really would love to connect with anyone who is all about wholesaling and wouldn't mind sharing some knowledge with the old guy. I'm a down to earth young man looking to make a life for myself through real estate. It is my passion and I will succeed for that reason alone. Much success everyone!
