Wholesale Title Companies, Contractors, etc.. In Richmond VA

Hey all I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for any Title agency in Richmond VA that are already familiar with the wholesale process. Also any good contracrors or agents to pull comps would be awesome! Thanks in advance and happy hunting out there!

I would recommend Curtis Gordon with Dankos, Gordon & Tucker.  He works with a ton of investors and does all my closings.

    Attorney call Keith Harvey of Harvey and Williams, Google them, BP won't let me put in their phone number, he can handle anything you come up with, wholesaling, Sub to, purchasing a property without an agent, owner financing, ... not sure if you creative financing will work? Just call Keith
