Hi Immanuel, If you're still looking, I personally know someone who is savvy with taxes and creates an outstanding relationship with his clients. Let me know if you would like me to put you in touch with him!

I typically use propwire when looking for specific places and their owners as it has a skiptkace feature. It can find commercial real estate however it's strengths lie in residential real estate.

Hi Jaleh, These questions and concerns are best handled by a profession due to the sensitive and impactful nature of your decision circulating these issues. If you have a rental property then things can become a bit tricky tax wise so if you like I can set you up with someone who would be able to help you out greatly with this situation and put you in a better position.

Hey Jeff, I think the best course of action is to speak to a professional about this as this situation a bit complex and each question opens a completely separate web of questions. If you're interested I can set you up with someone who can answer all of these questions and put you in a better position so complex situations like this are less likely to arise.

I entered the real estate world when I was 18 by getting my MLO license and I learned that you can read all the books in the world but it means little if you don't have the connections and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in the industry. Where I live the name of the game is being able to cultivate a lot of clients and make meaningful relationship in and out of the industry. It's also wise to find yourself a mentor like I did who knows how to succeed and avoid moving ineffectively.
