Hey @Gregory Terrell, have you gone to any of the AlAREIA meetings.  The next one I think is today in Homewood at the Embassy Suites.  Also if you first find a deal, people are going to be willing to help with the parts you don't know. Another thing you can do is utilize your power base, talk to the people you know.

Hey @Elizabeth Reames, when you say north Alabama are you looking for Huntsville or Birmingham?  I use Marcia St. Louis in Huntsville, however, I don't know anyone in Birmingham.  I suggest going to the next AlAREIA meeting in Homewood in January and asking someone there.

@Caleb Bryant there website is http://madisoncountyreia.com and they also have a facebook page.  Zack the president of the club uses meetup.com to schedule all the meetings.

Hey @Caleb Bryant, I live in the Huntsville/Madison area. I would be up for meeting local investors. There is a local REIA I go to called MCREIA, the next one is Nov. 14th at 6pm.

Welcome to BP @Rodney Moore!  Check out AlaREIA for networking with local Birmingham investors.  I've only been to the Huntsville meetings so far.  I am planning on going to the one in February.  If you haven't done so I would start by determining your strategy.
